Our Yoga for Kids class is taught by Debb Lubke, COTA, Yoga for Kids International Certified Kids Trainer. Kids who practice yoga develop limber and healthy bodies, increase concentration, relaxation, and sleep. They develop a better sense of body awareness and respect for others and the world around them. Ages 5-10, Tuesdays from 5-6pm throughout the school year. Interested in our programs? Our social groups assist children with developing healthy peer relationships. Friendships develop through play that involves discovering common interests and sharing experiences through problem solving. We support these essential aspects of social-emotional development that lead to true friendship. Our groups include preschool age, grade school and teens with up to 6 children in a group with 2-4 adult facilitators. We use a play-based approach that incorporates DIR® Floortime™ techniques to facilitate natural interactions during spontaneous play.
Groups are ongoing and always available according to needs.
